Porcini Mushroom Tortelloni – Bertagni


This pasta is traditional to the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Northern Italy.  We use an authentic Italian recipe to create a rich and satisfying filling of wild porcini mushrooms and a blend of premium Italian cheeses, surrounded by a silky sheet of pasta.

USAGE TIP: ideal to pair with:

Sage and butter

Any of our Tomato sauces

Drizzled with olive oil and topped with grated Parmigiano Reggiano
