Marchesi Extra Virgin Olive Oil


The extra virgin olive oil 100% Italiano is obtained from the following olive varieties, either pure or blended, for at least 75%: Carboncella, Leccino, Raja, Frantoio, Olivastrone, Moraiolo.

Olives, destined for the production of extra virgin oil, are harvested at the ideal time of ripening and crushing within 24 hours.

Color: yellow-green with golden tints

Odor: fruity

Flavor: fruity, velvety, balanced, aromatic, sweet, bitter and spicy for young oils

Harvesting: olive picking and olive oil extraction take place between 1st October and 31st January

USAGE TIP: For its natural features, the extra virgin olive oil Marchesi combines perfectly raw with green salads and tomatoes, First pasta or rice dishes, legume soups and of course on grilled or steamed fish.

This Single Estate Extra Virgin, Organic, Marchesi.

The Marchesi Estate is located in the DOP area of Sabina Italy,  between  Lazio and Umbria.  There they harvest, press and infuse their outstanding Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a large variety of spices, and citrus. They combine the traditional method with the newest technology to process the fresh olives to achieve the best quality of the products.
