Porcini Mushroom Risotto
If you think risotto is very hard to make, this recipe will surely change your mind. The secret of making risotto is tender loving care. Never live your risotto alone, you have to constantly stir to get the most creaminess out of the rice grains! It may take 20 minutes, but it is definitely worth it.
Spaghettoni with Cherry Tomato Sauce
There is nothing better than tomatoes grown under the hot Sicilian sun that’s why we chose Fratelli Contorno cherry tomato sauce from Palermo, Sicily.
Spaghettoni is just a bit thicker than regular spaghetti and they like lots of sauce to be at their best, that’s why I suggest you take them out of the boiling water a few minutes before the ‘al dente’ time and finish cooking them in the sauce so they will absorb more sauce.
