To cancel an existing subscription, simply sign in and head to your subscriptions page. Click to change the billing information on the subscription you would like to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will find the cancel subscription button. When your subscription period has ended (e.g. three months), your subscription will not auto-renew if cancelled prior to the renewal date.

All gifts are paid for in full for the number of months desired. If you would like to purchase a three-month subscription for a lucky someone, you will be billed $79 x 3 months, or $237. You will not be billed any additional charges after this. Your gift boxes will automatically ship for the next available month.

We are sorry to hear your box received damage during shipping. Please email support@deliveryitaliano.com and let us know which items didn’t make it, and we will immediately ship replacements to you. Please include photos of the damaged products in your email.

At this time, we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged. If you do have damaged items, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so that we can relay this back to our shipping partner.
